By accessing and using Whisper-Invoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is designed exclusively for mobile service professionals to generate invoices via voice.

2. Description of Service

Whisper-Invoice provides a voice-to-invoice CRM platform. We do not process payments directly between you and your clients; rather, we facilitate the generation of invoices and route your clients to your designated third-party payment links (e.g., Venmo, CashApp, Stripe). We are not responsible for transaction disputes between you and your clients.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and payment routing links that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the AI parsing mechanisms or exploit the platform's infrastructure.
