1. 30-Day Free Trial
Whisper-Invoice provides a comprehensive 30-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to all features to ensure the software fits your mobile service workflow perfectly. We do not require a credit card upfront to begin this trial.
2. Subscription Refunds
Because we offer a risk-free 30-day trial for evaluation, all subscription charges incurred after the trial period ends are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
In the event of a significant technical failure on our end that prevents you from generating invoices for an extended period, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support to initiate a review.
