We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. Specifically, client names and service descriptions extracted from your voice logs are stored securely in our database to generate your PDF invoices and digital receipts.

We do not sell your personal data or your clients' data. Information is only shared with essential third-party service providers (such as hosting providers and AI processing APIs) strictly for the purpose of operating the Whisper-Invoice platform.
